Having been on my own hormone healing journey, where I used food, fitness, lifestyle, and supplements to heal my hormones, I am passionate about helping women learn about and understand their own female bodies and hormones to help them find their own hormone balance.
I’m obsessed with my fur child, Bella. The beach is my happy place and I believe tacos can be eaten at any meal.
