Turkey Pumpkin Chili
October is here so I can finally start doing all the fall things. To start, I made this turkey pumpkin chili last night! This chili is perfectly balanced and loaded with protein and fiber. The cinnamon brings out the flavors and balances the spice from the chili powder. This chili comes together quickly and is an ideal meal for a busy weeknight dinner. It also makes for a great meal prep as it can be portioned out into servings for lunch or dinner throughout the week.
