High Protein Snack I’ve Been Loving

I’ve been seriously eating this snack on repeat. It’s sweet, it’s nutritious, it’s chocolatey, and most importantly, it’s delicious. It has ~25 grams of protein and is perfect for an afternoon snack or sweet treat when you need one.

I used a bone broth protein from Ancient Nutrition. Bone broth protein is more concentrated than homemade bone broth and is good for you gut and helps support inflammation. It also supports joint health, immune response, and healthy skin.

Chocolate Chip Protein Yogurt

Ingredients:

1 serving Cocojune plain coconut yogurt

1 scoop Ancient Nutrition vanilla bone broth protein*

3 - 4 strawberries, cut into small pieces

1 tablespoon nut butter (I used Handsome Carver vanilla bean cashew butter)

1 tablespoon chocolate chips (I used Trader Joe’s dark chocolate chips)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl mix coconut yogurt with protein powder until fully combined.

  2. Top with berries, chocolate chips, and a drizzle of your favorite nut butter. Enjoy!
