2023 Holiday Gift Guides

This year I was inspired to create holiday gift guides with products I use and love for my health and wellness, workouts and recovery, cooking, and beauty. Holiday shopping can be stressful and overwhelming especially when you don’t know what to get the person you’re shopping for. I hope these guides are helpful and give you inspiration and ideas. Maybe you’ll even find something that you’d like to ask for and can use this to build your own holiday wish list. I’ve provided links to most of the products to make your holiday shopping as easy as possible.

I am not affiliated with any of these products. These are all items that I have personally used and enjoyed. However, some of the products I share may be purchased through my Fullscript online dispensary at a discount. I do make a small commission on any order placed. If you are directed to my Fullscript account and you’d like to make a purchase, simply create an account and search for the products you’d like to buy. Once you create an account, you can make future purchases for any of the high quality supplements on Fullscript at anytime with the discount.

These are all things I use to support my health. There are so many things I could include here, but I picked a few of my favorite things that I use on a regular to daily basis. Some of these items are especially beneficial if you or someone you know is struggling with hormone imbalances.

  1. Beekeeper’s Naturals Propolis Immune Spray - an amazing immune supportive supplement made from propolis that soothes a scratchy throat or gives your immune system an extra boost.

  2. Dry Brush - dry brushing stimulates the lymphatic system and can be beneficial for exfoliating to create glowing, smooth skin. It also helps with detoxification and increasing blood circulation and promoting lymph drainage.

  3. Dip Conditioner Bar - a non-toxic conditioner bar that is good for your hair and the environment. Reduce your use of single use plastic by replacing bottled conditioner with bar conditioner.

  4. Basal Body Thermometer - a thermometer to track your basal body temp and provide you with useful data in tracking your cycle, your metabolism, and your health. A MUST for any women looking to get more in tune with their cycle and their female health.

  5. Huppy Toothpaste Tablets - a non-toxic toothpaste that comes in tablet form to reduce plastic waste. Simply chew, brush, spit, and rinse for a beautiful smile.

  6. Re-Lyte Immunity - a blend of real salt, electrolytes, and immune supportive nutrients that tastes like a tropical getaway.

  7. LMNT Electrolyte Sticks - a science backed blend of electrolytes to help with hydration. Heather’s favorites: grapefruit salt (enjoyed ice cold) and chocolate salt (enjoyed hot - tastes like a mocha). Use this link to receive a FREE variety pack with your first order.

  8. Ancient Nutrition Women’s Vitality - a specific blend of 12 organs and glands specifically designed to support female health by providing an abundance of vitamins and minerals

  9. Eight Sleep Pod - a mattress topper that heats and cools to your desired sleep temperature. A game changer for your sleep, which means a game changer for your overall health!

My workout routine has drastically changed over the last 2 years as I’ve tried to support my hormones in the best way possible. I also have put more focus on my recovery. For the fitness girly, there are gift ideas to make her feel strong and confident in the gym while also giving her tools for proper recovery and fuel. What you do outside of the gym (i.e. stretching, recovery, nutrition, etc.) is just as important as what you do in the gym.

  1. Re-Lyte Hydration - a good workout starts with good hydration. I’ve recently started using re-lyte hydration electrolyte mixes for my workouts. They’re made from Redmond Real Salt which is a naturally mined mineral salt.

  2. Trace Minerals Research Magnesium Gel - provides a potent blend of magnesium chloride that is easily absorbable. Apply 1-2 pumps to sore muscles to help promote relaxation.

  3. Vuori Pose Plyo Tank - seriously my favorite tank ever! It has everything you would ever want in a workout tank - a high neck, built in support, and perfectly cropped to hit at the waist.

  4. Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein - made from chicken bone broth concentrate, this protein packs 20 grams of protein per serving and is supports gut and joint health.

  5. Toe Spacers - helps to improve foot mobility and realign your toes.

  6. Resistance Bands - thick resistance bands that actually stay in place when you move. Perfect way to increase the intensity of body weight or weighted exercises. They also are perfect for travel when you want to sneak in a quick workout on vacay!

  7. lululemon Align Pant - my favorite legging of all time. It feels like you are wearing nothing. Designed for studio style workouts like barre, pilates, and yoga.

  8. Foam Roller - a must have for recovery. Helps soothe tight muscles and increase blood flow to help restore the area.

  9. Nike Metcons - This is my wishlist item this year! I have previously used and loved Metcons, but am in need of a new pair of training shoes and like how these look.

You could say I’m in my organization era. I’m on a mission to make everything in our house organized, but especially in the kitchen where I spend a lot of my time. For the person who likes to cook, here are some kitchen accessories, countertop appliances, cookware, and kitchen organization to really level up their cooking experience.

  1. HexClad Pots and Pans - We’ve been using these pots and pans for a few months now and absolutely love them! They are pricey but worth it. They are a combination of cast iron, stainless steel, and nonstick all in one. They are non-toxic and super easy to clean. We got the 12-piece hybrid perfect pots and pan set.

  2. Global Knives - I was actually gifted these last year from my Uncle. I truly feel like an adult with a nice pair of kitchen knives that actually work. Good kitchen knives make cooking so much easier.

  3. Pyrex 8 pc Glass Bowl Set - everyone needs a set of glass bowls and I love these because they come with lids making prep, serving, and storage easy.

  4. Vitamix - I’ve had a Vitamix for many many years and it is something I use almost daily either making my smoothies or blending up something else like a soup or sauce. It’s easy to use and easy to clean.

  5. Salad Spinner - makes all the difference in washing and cleaning lettuce but can also be used to wash and clean berries or other fruits and vegetables.

  6. Milk Frother - a handheld frother is good and a countertop frother that heats your milk at the same time is even better. I also use my handheld frother to mix other things like my electrolytes in water.

  7. Our Place Bowls and Plates - I purchased a set of dinnerware from Our Place last Black Friday. I have the main plates, side plates, side bowls, and tiny bowls in the color steam. I love the neutral color tones!

  8. Storage Bins - I’ve really been trying to organize our space and having storage bins have helped to declutter the pantry and other storage areas in our kitchen as well as throughout our house.

  9. 10 pc Food Storage Containers - another item that has helped take my kitchen organization to another level and helps to keep my food fresh with the help of the airtight seal on these containers.

When I purchase beauty products I look for clean beauty products that are safer for my skin and my health. Unfortunately, a lot beauty and cosmetic products are filled with chemicals and endocrine disruptors that negatively impact our health.

  1. DRMTLGY Pumpkin Enzyme Mask - I recently started using this product and just love it. I’ve noticed such a difference in the appearance of my skin. It feels softer, looks brighter, and the size of my pores around my nose have reduced.

  2. Ayur-Medic Clearifying Mask - this mask works wonders on breakouts and blemishes. I also use it as an overnight spot treatment for more stubborn blemishes.

  3. Gua Sha Stone - Gua sha is a technique in Chinese Medicine that is used to support lymphatic drainage, release tension, increase blood flow, decrease fine lines, and promote glowing skin.

  4. DRMTLGY Brightening Eye Masks - I recently started using this and wow, they work so well! They help make my eyes look more awake in the morning by brightening them and decreasing puffiness.

  5. Florico Pomegranate Enzyme Mask - this pomegranate enzyme mask helps nourish the skin. I picked this up at my local refill mercantile and love that I can take the jar in when it’s empty to refill it with the same product!

  6. Dibs Beauty Desert Island Duo Stick - this blush/bronzer stick is an easy to use item that creates a beautiful look in under 5 minutes. This is all I use on top of a tinted moisturizer for a day to night look. I used shade 3.

  7. Higher Dose Red Light Mask - take your beauty routine below the skin with the use of red light therapy. Helps reduce redness for glowing skin, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and boosts collagen.

  8. Clean Lash Lengthening Mascara - a perfect mascara.

  9. 7 Summers Perfume - a clean perfume that smells florally and fruity. I’ve never been one to wear perfume but I love a spritz of this for a subtle scent. I also love that it’s small enough to pack in your carry-on!
